TIME: 8:00am - 9:00am

Mondays - Instructor Needed!
Tuesdays - Tone to the Bone w/ Barbara
A top-to-toe conditioning class using dynabands, stability balls, and weights to firm your body.
Wednesdays - Cardio and Core w/ Pat
A combination class consisting of 30 minutes of cardio followed by 30 minuntes of stretching, pilates and yoga.
Thursdays - Step and Stretch w/ Barbara
Step up and down for a great cardiovascular workout.
Fridays - Total Body Conditioning w/ Pat
This class is a total body conditioning in boot-camp style. No cutesy routine here. It's all about getting the strength and ability needed to give you an overall better body. Get ready to be challenged.
FEES:
$80 for 24 classes per session
$60 for 18 classes per session
$40 for 12 classes per session
$20 for 6 classes per session
Add $5 for non-residents.
Weekly rates for Island Visitors
$15 for 3 times a week
$10 for 2 times a week
$7 for visitors and walk-ins
