Monday: Boot Camp Monday- Work off the weekend with this high impact class. weights, cardio & resistance work.
Tuesday: Core Control - Improve your core, strengthen and lengthen each muscle group with concentration on abs & back.
Wednesday: Cardio Combo - A combination of cardio and strength training, this interval workout will get your body moving.
Thursday: Abs/Butt Mat Blast - Pilates inspired mat class will improve posture, abs, flexibility & strength. Using body resistance & some weights to improve core strength.
Friday: Total Body Movement - Boot camp style. Get the strength and ability needed to give you an overall better body.
20 Classes/ 5 days a week $70 resident/ $75 non-resident
16 Classes/ 4 days a week $56 resident/ $61 non-resident
12 Classes/ 3 days a week $42 resident/ $47 non-resident
8 Classes/ 2 days a week $28 resident/ $33 non-resident
4 Classes/ 1 day a week $14 resident/ $19 non-resident
