WEE CAMP (3-4 yrs) Age as of Sept. 1, 2011
Wee Camp gives participants a chance to socialize and interact with others while enjoying opportunities such as arts & crafts, games, outdoor activities and wet and wild days. Children need to bring lunch, snacks are provided.

2012 Wee Camp Dates and Themes:
Week 1: June 11 - 15 - Imaginarium Week
Let your kids imagination go wild.
Week 2: June 18 - 22 - Pirate Week
Arrgg! Campers will get to experience the Pirate Life.
Week 3: June 25 - 29 - Wild Waters
Beat the heat of summer with a week full of water games and activities.
Week 4: July 2 - 6 - Hawaiian Heaven
We’re going to have a Luau Beach Party! Hula hoop and limbo contests.
No Camp on July 4
Week 5: July 9 - 13 - Under the Sea
Campers will get to a chance to learn and experience local sea life.
Week 6: July 16 - 21 - Sweet Treat Week
This week involves campers favorite foods and everyone knows a campers favorite food involves candy.
Week 7: July 24 - 29 - Nickelodeon Week
Campers will get to explore the IOP Rec with Sponge Bob and Dora the
Explore and many more Nickelodeon friends.
Week 8: July 30 - Aug 3 - Clowning Around
The circus is coming up! Campers will create clown costume and have a clown party!
Little Facts Parents or Guardians Should Know About Camp
· Camp starts at 9:00am SHARP for Morning Wee Camp It is disruptive to the rest of the camp if your child arrives late. Activities will be in progress.
· Parents must sign out their children at the end of camp. If you give permission for your child to be picked up by someone other than their legal guardian (ex: Babysitter) you MUST sign a permission form EACH WEEK.
· Wee Camp provides supervision from 8:30am to 1:30pm. Please pick up your child promptly.
· Registration is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
· Children are not allowed to bring toys to camp unless approved by Counselors or Recreation Staff. Toys will be confiscated and returned at the end of the day.
· Disruptive behavior is NOT tolerated. Children with disruptive behavior will be removed from camp and sent home. No refunds will be given.
· Please look at the Camp Calendar and send your child to camp with the appropriate items. If in doubt, send your child to camp wearing a bathing suit, sunscreen and with a towel.
· Apply Sunscreen to your child EVERY MORNING!!! Children are outside everyday!
· Counselors will apply Sunscreen that you supply before going outside on Wet & Wild Days. If your child is allergic to any Sunscreen, please notify Counselors or Recreation Staff.
· Campers are given one snack during the day. Refreshments and water are available for your child throughout the day.
· Please make Recreation Staff and counselors aware of any allergies or special needs your child has.
