 Jump Start Information & Curruiculum

Mrs. Robin will be entering her 13th year as the Jump Start Instructor at the IOP Recreation Department. The Jump Start program is designed to develop and build fine motor skills, promote social interaction and cooperation with peers, listen to and follow directions and adapt to a routine. Throughout the school year participants will build focusing skills, receive an introduction to math (number recognition, counting, sequenceing), introduction to language (story time, sound recognition, story sequence, letter sounds and writing names), science/nature and music.   

Daily Routine Includes:
9:00am Arrival & Free Play
9:30am Circle Time
9:45am Individual Work or Project
10:30am Clean Up
10:45am Snack
11:15am Playground
12:00pm Dismissal
