The South Carolina Recreation and Parks Association evalutes Recreation Departments throughout the State and has awarded the following honors to the City of Isle of Palms Recreation Department for outstanding contributions to the park and recreation profession in South Carolina and for demonstrated excellence in planning, programming and managing.
