WHERE: Isle of Palms Recreation Department. #24 28th Avenue, Isle of Palms.

WHAT: Halloween Carnival and Costume Contest. FREE for all ages. Costume contest starts at 5:30pm. Also enjoy Jump Castles, Temporary Tattoo Artists, Face Painters, Halloween Candy, Prizes and More!

Costume Contest Age Divisions: 1 and under, 2-3 years old, 4-5 years old, 6-7 years old, 8 years old, 9 years old, 10 years old, 11-12 years old, 13 and older.
