FREE Youth & Teen Yoga class to introduce a new program for youth 11-18 years old
Class will introduce the fundamentals of a yoga practice. Focus on breath, alignment, strength, balance, flexibility and
mindfulness. Learn basic yoga postures and put them together with the breath into a gentle vinyasa flow. Breathing practices and meditation will be introduced as tools to calm the mind and manage stress and anxiety.
