oRDINANCE 2018.16 – Dog ordinance

On a 9-0 vote, City Council unanimously defeated the proposed amendments to the dog ordinance. The proposed changes to the ordinance would have required all dogs, resident and non-residents, within City limits to have a written permit and a metal tag from the City at a cost of $5 for residents and $10 for non-residents. The proposed amendments also included adopting language in the Code requiring proof of current rabies inoculation.

oRDINANCE 2018.17 – Visitor parking passes

City Council unanimously approved second reading of an ordinance to change the visitor daily parking passes to annual, multi-use passes and allow two (2) free visitor pass booklets per household per year.
