Join the Isle of Palms Police Department for National Night Out (NNO). NNO aims to enhance the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement and foster a sense of community. NNO provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances. There will be static displays of emergency vehicles, prizes, free food and more. Several organizations, government agencies and community partners will be in attendance.

1st Wednesday of the month, September-May. Stay active and social with this community senior group. Members meet monthly to socialize and enjoy lunch. Lunch will be catered.

Join our fight against child abuse in the Lowcountry. The Isle of Palms Connector Run will be a challenging road race across the IOP Connector. Starting at 8 AM on the Isle of Palms, crossing into Mount Pleasant and returning to IOP, 10K and 5K runners, walkers and teams of all experience levels and ages will be rewarded with beautiful vistas of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, local creeks, marsh views and waterfowl.

A new Isle of Palms T-shirt design is underway! The city provides a free T-shirt to visitors who stay overnight on the island and fill out a form at City Hall.

Halloween Golf Cart Parade & Carnival

Costume Golf Cart Parade, Drive through Haunted House, Inflatables, food vendors, trick or treat bags, games and much more!

- All carts must enter via Waterway Blvd & 27th Ave.
- Parade begins 4pm Sharp
- Prizes will be given to top 3 golf carts.
