Tae Kwon Do

Develop balance, accuracy, speed, power, focus, self-confidence and flexibility. Training includes stretching, mild running, forms, 3 step sparring, freestyle non-contact sparring and self defense techniques.

6 weeks to a stronger healthier you! This hybrid class combines the energy of a group exercise class with personal attention you should expect from one-on-one training. After registering, participants will fill out a short questionnaire helping the coach design a class for you. Whether it’s weight loss,  increased lean body mass, or overall well-being, this program will help you meet your fitness goals.
