Applied Technology and Management (ATM) will present the latest version of the Marina Redevelopment Plan at the Real Property Committee Meeting on Tuesday, July 18, 2017. 

On May 16, 2017, Applied Technology and Management (ATM) presented to the Ways and Means Committee a revised version of the Real Property Committee Scenario for the Marina Redevelopment Plan. The Ways and Means Committee unanimously approved to proceed with this plan, totaling approximately $4,838,000 based on the outline of data presented, recognizing that the Plan is still subject to change, and to do so in a timely fashion to hold a referendum in November 2017.

On July 26, 2016, Applied Technology and Management (ATM) presented to City Council a fourth scenario of the Marina Redevelopment Plan. This scenario takes into consideration the feedback received from members of Council, marina tenants, neighbors of the marina and the harbor master of the Dewees Marina related to the third scenario. 

On April 28, 2016, Applied Technology and Management (ATM) presented to City Council a third scenario of the Marina Redevelopment Plan that takes into consideration suggestions from the Planning Commission. 

On February 23, 2016, Applied Technology and Management (ATM) presented to City Council the Comprehensive Redevelopment Master Plan for the Isle of Palms Marina. Below are the documents that make up the full work product.
