Recreation Department to Host Serenity Sea Stroll & Stretch
Classes are FREE for Residents and Visitors

WHAT City of Isle of Palms Recreation Department will host a Serenity Sea Stroll
& Stretch on the beach (25th Avenue) every Thursday, starting May 4, 2023, at 7:30
a.m. These classes are FREE for residents and visitors.
Led by a City of Isle of Palms Recreation Department Instructor/Trainer, participants
will gather on the beach and embark on a one (1) hour journey towards total body
wellness! The class includes a forty-five (45) minute walk followed by a fifteen (15)
minute “OH HAPPY DAY” stretch. All fitness levels are welcome, and individuals will
move at their own pace.
“Salt air, soothing waves, sunshine, and friends! What a wonderful way to get moving
in the morning and prepare for the day. The Recreation Department is so excited to
offer this no cost program for all. As we stroll along our beautiful Isle of Palms beach,
the instructor will provide health and wellness guidance during each journey.” Karrie
