Mandatory Placard for Short-term Rentals
View the mandatory placard for short-term rentals. Please note that this is a large, pdf file (6.26MB, 1,500+ pages) which requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to view. Click here to download Adobe Acrobat Reader at no charge. The file contains an individualized placard for each rental property, so select "current page" when printing to print only the page applicable to a specific property. The City suggests that rental properties display a Porch Sign next to doors leading to patios and porches.
