Mandatory Placard for Short-term Rentals
View the mandatory placard for short-term rentals. The file contains an individualized placard for each rental property, so select "current page" when printing to print only the page applicable to a specific property. The City suggests that rental properties display a Porch Sign next to doors leading to patios and porches.
