Over 50 Fitness

Work strengthening muscles, tightening core, flexibility and balance.
Open to all exercise levels. Must be able to exercise on the floor.

Over 50 Yoga 

A yoga class for all levels with a variety of yoga poses including standing, kneeling and seated ending with relaxation.

Fitness class for seniors working on flexibility and strength utilizing resistance bands and weights.

Beginner clinic will focus on understanding the rules of Pickleball and improving your game.

Writing From Memory  

Everyone has a story, first car, first job, first love and some things that were significant without being the first. Write down your memories so your children/grandchildren know more about your life. Each class includes instruction. examples and writing exercises. Discover how to uncover memories, organize ideas and make your story interesting.
