Work strengthening muscles, tightening core, flexibility and balance. 
Open to all exercise levels. Must be able to exercise on the floor.

Gentle, low impact, range of motion, strength, and stability movements to improve total body wellness and mobility.

Reaction Time Training & Fall Prevention

Starting in January

Reactive balance training that uses unpredictable movements and cognitive -motor training to help improve your ability to quickly respond to a loss of balance.

Pickleball Lessons

Beginner clinic will focus on understanding the rules of Pickleball and improving your game. 

Mondays & Wednesdays  

  • 9-10:30am
    • Beginner - October 27, 29 & November 3, 5
    • Intermediate - December 1, 3, 8, 10
    • Intermediate - January 26, 28 & February 2, 4 (registration opens in December)

$80 per series; Prior approval required for drop-ins

Private Lessons:

  • $60 per hour per individual
  • $60 per hour/$30 per person for 2 individuals per hour  
  • $80 per 1.5 hours/split between 3-4 people
  • By Appointment Only

All pickleball lessons take place on pickleball court
