1st Wednesday of the Month: Catered Lunch at Noon, starting Wednesday, October 7th
2nd Wednesday of the Month: Lunch Bunch

Over 50 Fitness

Work strengthening muscles, tightening core, flexibility and balance.
Open to all exercise levels. Must be able to exercise on the floor.

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays 2:30pm - 3:30pm

Over 50 Yoga 

A yoga class for all levels with a variety of yoga poses including standing, kneeling and seated ending with relaxation. Most of
the class is done on the floor.

Over 50 Pilates 

A Pilates Mat class focusing on finding neutral alignment while doing Pilates based exercises. This class can be for all levels and
is done on the floor. Please bring a mat.

Senior Exercise: Chair & Resistance Work

A total body workout using chairs and resistance bands, to promote upper and lower body strength as well as balance. 
25 minutes of cardio and 25 minutes of stretching and strength exercises.

Learn fun line dances and enjoy the great exercise.

Tai Chi/Qigong

An ancient form of meditative, low-impact activity originating from China that is especially effective in assisting older adults achieve a good quality of life.
