2026 Application Process - Open
The City allows commercial surf instruction providers to offer surfing lessons on the beach, subject to the conditions outlined in the application below.
The City is accepting applications for surf instruction providers through 5:00 p.m., Thursday, February 12, 2026.
Applications received by the deadline will be considered by City Council at their March 24, 2026 meeting.
