Acting 

"Julius Caesar" Registration Now Open

Meet the main characters and learn the plot of one of Shakespeare’s most famous plays adapted for kids. There’s power, friendship, betrayal and a high body count. Audition, rehearse, and perform for family and friends at the end of the session. Build on the fundamentals of acting with theater games. Performance: June 3rd at 5:30pm – Parents and attendees must wear masks in the facility and at performance.

COVID Protocols:  participants must be masked during class, but not performances We will practice social distancing and clean surfaces after classes.      Min. 7    Max. 9

Children ages 3 years and up. Basic tumbling, balance beam, and mini-bars. Leotards required for girls.
Shorts and t-shirts required for boys. NO socks or tights!

Learn what it takes to be a cheerleader. Participants will learn all aspects of cheerleading,tumbling, stunts, positive attitude and FUN! Ages 4-8 years.

Little Lotus Yoga 

Children can grow into their own practice of yoga; learning to strengthen their concentration skills and calm their minds,
which leads to greater awareness and control of the body’s movements. Interactive story-telling, games, music, and
age-appropriate journaling are woven throughout a lively asana series to create a child-inspired yoga experience that is

IOP Kids Information & Curriculum - 3 & 4 year old Program
The IOP Kids program is designed to help develop fine motor skills, promote social interaction and cooperation with peers, listen to and follow directions and adapt to a simple routine. Throughout the school year, class will emphasize on interactive play through songs, games, nature and arts & crafts. Participants will be introduced to the alphabet, numbers and shapes.

Afternoon playgroup for 3 & 4 year olds. Must be 3 years old and Potty Trained by September 1, 2020.

Tae Kwon Do

Develop balance, accuracy, speed, power, focus and self-confidence. Training includes stretching, mild running, forms, 3-step sparring, freestyle and non-contact sparring.
