Little Lotus Yoga
Children can grow into their own practice of yoga; learning to strengthen their concentration skills and calm their minds,
which leads to greater awareness and control of the body’s movements. Interactive story-telling, games, music, and
age-appropriate journaling are woven throughout a lively asana series to create a child-inspired yoga experience that is

YOUTH & TEEN YOGA
Session I: Beginner class introducing the fundamentals of a yoga practice. Focus on breath, alignment, strength, balance, flexibility and
mindfulness. Learn basic yoga postures and put them together with the breath into a gentle vinyasa flow. Breathing practices and meditation will be introduced as tools to calm the mind and manage stress and anxiety.

Youth TennisPlacement subject to evaluation for group/level
Learn proper tennis mechanics, strokes, tennis footwork improve balance and hand eye coordination. Play games, drills and learn proper tennis match scoring

IOP Kids Information & Curriculum - 3 & 4 year old Program
The IOP Kids program is designed to help develop fine motor skills, promote social interaction and cooperation with peers, listen to and follow directions and adapt to a simple routine. Throughout the school year, class will emphasize on interactive play through songs, games, nature and arts & crafts. Participants will be introduced to the alphabet, numbers and shapes.

Tae Kwon Do
Develop balance, accuracy, speed, power, focus and self-confidence. Training includes stretching, mild running, forms, 3-step sparring, freestyle and non-contact sparring.
