Tae Kwon Do

Develop balance, accuracy, speed, power, focus, self-confidence and flexibility. Training includes stretching, mild running, forms, 3 step sparring, freestyle non-contact sparring and self defense techniques.

Yin Yoga 

Slow Flow Yoga:  75 minutes to align and strengthen yourself for the day. Level 1-2, Hatha based, Vinyasa class will focus on balance, strength and flexibility through a creative sequencing of postures intended to expand awareness through body alignment, muscle activation and breath. This class is not only rewarding for your body but also offers an opportunity to nourish your mind as we slowly move through challenging postures to reinforce the union of nurturing our inner selves through our daily lives. You will leave feeling energized and ready for the day.

Booty Burn *New Class

Booty Burn is a 45 min leg and glute focused workout. Class will focus on toning the leg muscles while creating a perkier booty! Each workout includes a 5 minute warmup and cooldown, with 35 minutes of glute & lower body exercises as well as the core. Are you ready to feel the burn?

Strength & Stability

Active older adults workout consisting of cardiovascular warm up with dynamic structing. Workouts  vary in exercises weekly but always include strength training and stability training. Class ends with core work and static stretching. Class formerly know as FitBody in 50, same great class just new name!

Writing Your Memoirs 

Everyone has a story, first car, first job, first love and some things that were significant without being the first. Write down your memories so your children/ grandchildren know more about your life. Each class includes instruction. examples and writing exercises. Discover how to uncover memories, organize ideas and make your story interesting.
