Recycling service is provided by Charleston County. Recycling days for Isle of Palms occur every other Thursday.

After Memorial Day, (starting June 6, 2024) recycling collection will occur every Thursday through Labor Day. See city calendar for schedule.

Charleston County collects all recyclables in blue, 95-gallon roll-out carts. Single stream recycling means all recyclable items may be placed together in the bin without sorting. Click here to determine the pick-up day for an address.

Please note that schedules are subject to change on holidays and may be delayed by one day. Visit the Charleston County website for the most up-to-date information on recycling.
