ISLE OF PALMS, S.C.— December 5, 2025 — The City of Isle of Palms Holiday Street Festival and tree lighting will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025 from 2 to 7 p.m. on Isle of Palms, SC. The tree lighting will take place at 5:30 p.m. This event will impact some roads on the island.
The following is a list of road closures and times:
Saturday, December 6, 2025
- Starting at midnight, no parking will be allowed on either side of Ocean Boulevard between Pavilion Drive and 10th Avenue.
- 6 a.m. Ocean Boulevard between Pavilion Drive and 10th Avenue will be closed to vehicles.
- Roads are expected to be open, and items removed by 10 p.m.
Officers will be stationed at all traffic control points, directing vehicles and pedestrians. Drivers are asked to use caution in the event area. Parking in the IOP municipal parking lot at 1174 Pavilion Drive is free.
Note: Due to expected inclement weather, entertainment will move into the Windjammer. Santa will be available for photos on the outdoor stage, and there will be free offerings (face paint, fairy hair, etc.) in the hotel garage. Rides and attractions have not been canceled, but may not be in operation.
