The SC Department of Transportation will be on the Isle of Palms on Monday, June 21 through Wednesday, June 23, 2021, installing a concrete median at the 20th Avenue crosswalk with the goal of enhancing pedestrian safety.
A traffic control plan is in place that allows one lane to remain open in both directions while construction is underway.
