City Hall Phone Service Disruption

City Hall phone lines are experiencing service disruption. Technicians are actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. The Police Department’s non-emergency line remains operational: (843) 886-6522. For emergencies, please call 911.

Services can be requested by texting (877) 607-6467. (Note: If this is your first time signing up, text HELLO). If you’re already signed up, simply ask a question.

We’ll provide an update as soon as phone service is restored. Thank you for your patience.
